I have been using a property management service for several months now, and I’m quite pleased with how everything is going. The staff is friendly and responsive, which makes communication easy. They’ve handled the tenant screening process quite well, and I feel confident in the tenants they’ve placed in my property. However, I did notice that response times for maintenance requests could be improved, as I had to follow up on a couple of issues that took longer to address than I would have liked. Overall, though, I’m satisfied with the service provided and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property management.
